Register for a modified indoor soccer league or academy through SYSA! Indoor soccer rule modifications include kick-ins, utilizing a futsal ball, and a time limit to put the ball back into play. There is no offside. The team size is limited to 8 players (4v4) and 10 players (5v5 and 6v6) giving each player lots of playing time.
Three 5-week sessions available - Starting November 9th 2024
They provide professional hitting, fielding, and throwing lessons for Fastpitch, Slowpitch, and Baseball, and Pitching Lessons for both Baseball and Fastpitch. They specialize in rotational mechanics, arm health and strength, proper throwing techniques, and vision training.
"This passing academy is a high caliber offensive-skill development camp for athletes motivated to become playmakers in the passing game. We incorporate video and classroom sessions with our on-field drills and skill development throughout. Space is limited. "
